04
Will The Trailer Damage My Property?
Our dump trailers are on pneumatic tires and are not roll-off cans. The likeliness of damage is extremely rare. But please note that Lamy's Hauling and Removal Service is not responsible for damages on placement surfaces if they occur.

Is There Any Material You Can't Haul?
State and local regulations prohibit the transport of hazardous materials. Therefore, we are unable to haul chemicals, solvents, oils, asbestos, oil tanks, gas tanks and paint cans.

Should any of these items be found in our trailer upon dumping, a $100 fee will apply for each item found. Please be aware that Federal, State, and Local fines or charges may apply as well as being prosecuted by the State of Florida for the dumping of hazardous materials.

If you need to get rid of any of the above items, you can call 1-800-CLEANUP (1-800-253-2687) for drop-off locations.
